Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026 · Last updated: August 8, 2026

Team Tremaine LLC ("Team Tremaine," "we," "us") operates a communication service that helps local service businesses respond to missed calls and text messages. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

The short version: we only use your data to run the service you signed up for. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. Period.

Who this policy covers

Two groups of people interact with our service:

What we collect and why

From our customers: business name, contact details, billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), and the configuration of their service.

From callers and texters, on our customers' behalf: phone number, the time and status of calls, the content of text conversations, and — only if the caller chooses to leave one — a voicemail. Voicemail audio is transcribed by an automated service and the audio recording is permanently deleted immediately after transcription, typically within minutes. We use automated software, including AI language models, to classify messages (for example, distinguishing an emergency from a sales call) so the business can respond appropriately. These classifications are used only to deliver the service.

We collect this information for exactly one purpose: so the business you contacted can respond to you. That's the product.

SMS and mobile data

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never transferred to any other party. The only sharing that occurs is with the service providers listed below, strictly to operate the service itself.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages from any business using our service; reply HELP for assistance.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers, each only to perform the service: Twilio (telephony and messaging), Deepgram (voicemail transcription), Anthropic / OpenAI (message classification), Render (application hosting and database), Cloudflare (file storage), Upstash (message queuing), and Sentry and Better Stack (error monitoring and uptime). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. None may use the data for its own purposes beyond providing services to us.

Retention

Voicemail audio: deleted immediately after transcription. Transcripts and message history: retained 13–24 months, then deleted. Records of messaging consent and opt-outs: retained indefinitely, because we are required to be able to prove them.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing. We do not build profiles for any purpose other than delivering the service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Contact us at jackson@teamtremaine.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. Note that consent and opt-out records are retained as compliance records even after other data is deleted.

Children

The service is intended for business communication and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
